Terms of service

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made in the Rep Garage online store. The seller's details are listed under "Contact information". By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Orders and contract

A purchase contract is formed when you place an order, pay for it and receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You can pay using the payment methods available in the store.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping policy.

5. Returns

Withdrawals and returns are handled in accordance with our Return and refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania are not affected.

6. Use of products

Our products are intended for sport and training. Use them as intended and responsibly, and check that the product is undamaged before use.

7. Disputes

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first – we will do our best to resolve them quickly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt).
