Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Contact us through the contact form and include your order number.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof that it has been sent. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and send a photo – we will replace the item or refund you. Your statutory 2-year legal guarantee also applies.
